The Charles City Area Pastorate is seeking a full-time Director of Operations to serve as a key member of the pastorate leadership team. Rooted in the Catholic faith, the Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight for the operational and financial functions of the pastorate, including finance, human resources, facilities, administration, and organizational systems.
Working closely with the pastor and pastorate leadership team, the Director of Operations will help establish consistent practices across pastorate locations, strengthen accountability and stewardship, support employees, and help guide the operational transition to a unified pastorate.

Qualifications
Candidates must be practicing faithful Catholics who respect and support Church teaching, worship regularly, and have a passion for furthering the mission of Jesus Christ.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
The position prefers 7–10 years of leadership experience in operations, business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field, along with experience managing multi-site operations or complex organizational structures.

The Charles City Area Pastorate is seeking a full-time Director of Evangelization to serve as a key member of the pastorate leadership team. Rooted in the Catholic faith, the Director of Evangelization provides vision, leadership, and oversight for pastorate evangelization efforts and ministries.
Working closely with the pastor and pastorate leadership team, the Director of Evangelization will help develop a culture that invites people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and forms missionary disciples.
The Director will guide implementation of Archdiocesan evangelization priorities, initially focused on Intentional Hospitality, Sacred Encounters, and Forming Disciples, while helping the pastorate develop effective outreach and formation opportunities.

Qualifications
Candidates must be practicing faithful Catholics who respect and support Church teaching, worship regularly, and have a passion for furthering the mission of Jesus Christ.
An undergraduate or graduate degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Evangelization and Catechetics, Education, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with other formal formation in the Catholic faith or significant ministry experience will also be considered.

4th Tuesday of the Month: 5:30 PM
Wednesdays: 5:30 PM
Saturdays: 6 PM
Confession available after Saturday Mass
Thursdays: 7 PM
